Summer is a great time to step up your gymnastics and learn new skills, get more stars and move up belt levels!

With school out and other activities on hold, it is a perfect time to add an extra class or move from one hour to an hour and a half.

If your gymnast is interested in competing in gymnastics, let us know. We can begin working on skills towards that goal. We also recommend adding an additional day to your gymnastics time to get to the needed strength and flexibility levels required.
